Sanskrit Hindu Texts
Here is a selection of some important Sanskrit Hindu texts, some of which are in or include English translation. I have gathered these over the years, most before the days of Google, seeking out the original editions rather than reprints (since the reprints often introduce new typographical errors). Some of these are quite rare, having only one copy in the U.S., and for these I had to travel to the holding library and carefully photocopy them.

SAMKHYA SUTRAS
I can only find items related to the SamkhyaPravachanaSutra. N. Sinha The Samkhya Philosophy is largely devoted to this with clearly marked comments by Aniruddha, Vijnanabikshu and Mahadeva.
Richard Garbe in his preface to his Samkhya Pravacana Bhashya of Vijnanabikshu (no english translation) refers to a similar work:
The Sánkhya aphorisms of Kapila, with illustrative extracts from the commentaries (1885) a ‘amended reprint’ by F.E. Hall of J. R. Ballantynes Sánkhya aphorisms of Kapila. Although Garbe praises Hall the various commentaries are not clearly marked (to me at any rate) There are copies of Ballantynes original translations of 1856, 1862 and 1865 with only Vijnanabikshus Bhashya which benefit from the lack of amendment by Hall. All these can be found at https://archive.org. There is also a publication by Hall himself: Samkhya Pravachana Bhashya of Vijnana Bhikshu-FITZ-EDWARD HALL-BIBLIOTHECA INDICA (1856) at https://archive.org/details/biblothecaindica014606mbp which appears in complete. It contains only Halls preface (some 85% of which consists of footnotes) where he refers to the Samkhya philosophy as as “little better than a chaotic impertinence”
Garbe comments “Nevertheless, in spite of all the false assumptions and the errors of which Vijnanabikshu is undoubtedly guilty, his Commentary on the Sankhya Sutras must be declared to be not only the fullest source that we have for a knowledge of the Sankhya system, but also one of the most important of such sources.” Vijnanabikshu is a bheda-abheda vedantin and would certainly not agree with the sectarian opinion expressed in the Brahma Sutra Bhashya. Nor it seems would Narayana Tirtha and Vacaspati Misra who in spite of their Vedantism wrote valuable commentaries.
Thank you, Keith, for the link to the only existing English translation of the important (though not the oldest) commentary on the Samkhya-karika, the Yuktidipika. I did not know that an online version of this translation by the late Shiv Kumar and D. N. Bhargava existed, myself having only the 1990-1992 book. We do not know if Albrecht Wezler and Shujun Motegi will ever complete and publish their English translation, intended to accompany their 1998 Sanskrit edition; and despite Wezler’s criticism, we must be very grateful to Shiv Kumar and D. N. Bhargava for translating this difficult text.
Regarding the Tattva-samasa, there are a couple more published English translations besides that of Nandalal Sinha. It was first translated, avowedly tentatively, by James R. Ballantyne and published in 1850, along with the extensive commentary thereon attributed by some to Pancasikha. This is, in fact, an important and helpful commentary; more useful, in my opinion, than the one translated by Nandalal Sinha. This translation is posted here with the Sanskrit Hindu texts. Then, in a 1980 journal article, Gerald Larson published what I regard as a very insightful translation of the Tattva-samasa, showing how it relates to the sequence of prime numbers. This, too, is posted here with the Sanskrit Hindu texts.
An english translation of the Yuktidipika can be found at:
http://www.dayanandbhargava.com/yuktideepkia-vol-i-ii-delhi-1990-1992/#more-83
perhaps its english is less than ideal but my initial perusal leads me to agree with Gerald Larson that its author seems more a grammarian than philosopher
The only translation I’ve found of the Tattva Samasa (which Max Muller praised so highly as an early source – in contradiction to Larson) is in N. Sinha The Samkhya Philosophy a complete version of which can be obtained from Scribd (posted by Soham Hamsa)This also contains VijnanaBhikshu SamkhyaPravachanaSutra and Panchasika extracts
HPB referred to the Sankhya-Sara – there is a document with this title by F E Hall and a section with this title in W Wards History, Literature, Mythology of the Hindoos – both free to download on GoogleBooks
